Narrative Vocabulary Words

Exposition~
                        

     The exposition is where the story begin. In the exposition it introduce where the story take place, what is it going to be about, and when it happen. Also who is the story going to be about.

Rising Action~
     The rising action is where the conflict happen. That means there is a problem going on. During this stage the characters try to solve the problem. Sometime the characters have problem solving it or not.

Climax~
       The climax is the turning point of the story. It is where the problem of the story is solve.This is the high point of the story.

Falling Action~
        The falling action is the part that come after the climax and also it is the part that is near the resolution. It kind of wraps up the story.

Resolution~
       The resolution is the ending of the story. In some story it is a happily ever after and some are not.


By looking at this picture you could see how the story have a start, middle, and end. The sequence is from left to right and then the next row is left to right.
